One price for the firm. Not one per seat.
Adding a paralegal, or giving a client access to their own matter, should never be a budgeting decision. Everything is included; the quote is sized to the practice, and we write it down within two business days.
Included, at every size.
A solo practice gets the same four portals and the same nine agents as a forty-attorney firm.
What moves the number.
Four things, all of which we can see before quoting — so the figure does not change after you have signed.
Active matters
The volume the system carries for you month to month.
Practice areas
Immigration-heavy firms use Smart Forms and the Notice Agent far more.
AI usage
We size model capacity to your caseload. Usage is logged per firm and per attorney, so you can see exactly where it goes.
Migration
One-time, if you bring history from another CRM or practice tool.
We publish no table of tiers because we have not met your caseload. A number invented for a page would be renegotiated on the call, which is worse than not printing one.
Questions we are asked before the call.
Is there a minimum firm size?
No. Solo practices run LawOS. A one-attorney firm gets the same four portals and nine agents as a forty-attorney one.
Do you charge per user?
No. Adding a paralegal or giving a client portal access does not change your price.
Can we turn features off?
Yes. Your firm admin can disable any module or AI capability per attorney or paralegal. Disabled features disappear from the interface and are refused by the API.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It is yours. We export matters, documents, communications and invoices in open formats and delete our copy on your instruction.
How long does onboarding take?
Most firms are live within two weeks: connecting inboxes and calendars, importing clients, and configuring intake templates for each practice area.
Tell us how the firm runs. We will price it.
Thirty minutes on a call, then a written quote and onboarding plan within two business days.
