What 24x7x365 collects when you use LawOS or this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
LawOS is operated by 24x7x365 — the data processor for firms using the platform, and the controller for this website’s visitors.
What we collect on this site
Contact form submissions (name, work email, firm, practice areas, message) and basic server logs. No advertising trackers.
What firms store in LawOS
Client, matter, document, communication and billing records. The firm is the controller; we process on its instructions.
AI processing
Matter context is sent to AI model providers under contractual terms that prohibit training on your data. See AI & data handling.
Retention and deletion
Site enquiries are kept for the sales conversation and deleted on request. Firm data is exported and deleted on the firm's instruction at contract end.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion and portability requests go to privacy@24x7x365.io. Clients of a firm should direct requests to their firm first.

The service
Access to the attorney, paralegal, client and firm-admin portals, the agents and the modules described on this site, for the firm named on the order form.
Not legal advice
LawOS is software. AI outputs are proposals for a licensed professional’s review; the firm remains responsible for its work product.
Accounts and access
The firm controls who has access and at what scope, and is responsible for its users' credentials.
Fees
Per-firm subscription as quoted, billed annually or monthly per the order form. No per-seat charges.
Data ownership
The firm owns its data. We receive a licence to process it only to provide the service.
Termination
Either party may terminate per the order form. We export the firm's data in open formats and delete our copy within the agreed period.
AI & data handling
How LawOS uses AI models, and the limits we impose.
Scope
Every AI request is assembled from one firm's records only, within a fixed token budget, and logged with its cost.
Human approval
Agent outputs are proposals. Filing, sending and changing records require an attorney's approval, and client-facing or advice-like output is held for a person by policy.
Citations
AI responses track the documents and records they referenced so they can be verified.
Model providers
We use third-party model providers under agreements that prohibit using your data for training. Document embeddings are generated inside our own cloud account rather than sent to a third-party embedding vendor. The current provider list is available on request.
Controls and visibility
Firm admins can disable any AI capability per person, and see AI usage per person and per firm.
